To set up your outreach campaign we hold: the name you give us, your contact details, your brand name, the country you target, and the candidate profiles you send.
Your mailbox password/app password, optional relay credentials, and LLM API key are encrypted end-to-end the moment you submit them and are readable only by the provisioning workflow — never stored in plaintext, never read by people in chat.
Applications carry a Reply-To of the candidate and your reply inbox. The candidate also receives a Bcc copy of each application. During each hunt, Hunta signs in to your reply inbox with its credentials, read-only (nothing is marked read, moved or deleted), and looks only for replies to applications it sent. Gmail keeps its automatic Sent copy; for other IMAP mailboxes Hunta files a copy in Sent. For each one it keeps the type of reply (interview, question, no, bounce, automatic) against that application for up to 120 days, to post alerts in your #activity channel and a monthly count. The reply text is never stored; a one-line summary may be produced by your own LLM key for the alert. You can turn this off at any time.
Your candidate data lives in your own tenant under a master key you control. Deleting a profile file deletes the profile. Your data is never sold or shared.
Generated PDFs are deleted on send or reject and purged after 72 hours. Draft letter text is kept only while it awaits your decision and is erased when you decide, or automatically after 14 days if you do not. Candidate data you enter on the setup form is sealed (encrypted) and used only to find and draft that candidate's applications; removing a candidate deletes their profile. Settled application records (job title, employer, status) age out after 60 days.
